Refund Policy
Before work begins
If you cancel before design work starts, your deposit is refunded in full.
During design
If you cancel while the design stage is in progress, a fair portion of the deposit covering completed work is retained and the remainder refunded.
After development starts
Once development has begun, payments made are non-refundable because the work has been delivered. You still receive all completed files and assets.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting and email subscriptions are paid to third-party providers and cannot be refunded once purchased.
