Terms of Service

Scope of work

Every project begins with an agreed scope covering pages, features and deliverables. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

The Professional Website package is D7,500 as a one-time payment. A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Timelines assume that content, images and feedback are supplied promptly. Delays in providing materials extend the delivery date accordingly.

Revisions

Revisions are provided during the review stage until the agreed design and content are approved. Structural changes requested after launch are treated as new work.

Ownership

Upon full payment you own your website content, domain and final deliverables. BaronDesignz retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Support

Each project includes 30 days of free support after launch. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate monthly service.
